After 30 years in successful roles at both local and global companies, Jacquie Bhana transitioned from the corporate world to pursue her passion for people development. In addition to holding senior positions in both marketing and human resources, she has worked across diverse sectors, including agriculture, financial services, engineering, automotive, and retail.
Jacquie does executive, career, life and mental health coaching, amongst others, with great success – from first line managers, through to top executives. Her work focusses mainly on performance coaching, to help with building high performance and confidence in individuals and teams. Jacquie uses a client-centred approach using principles of positive psychology and adult learning, to build a thinking, engaging, trusting and Challenging environment
