Andrzej Kiepiela’s life journey is quite remarkable. He grew up in Poland when it was a communist country, then moved to South Africa during the time of apartheid, a system of racial segregation. These experiences have helped him understand and analyze not just life and history, but also business.
Despite facing difficulties like language barriers, he dedicated himself to teaching and later got involved in sports and public service. His belief in democracy grew from seeing the harsh effects of communism. He actively works to bring about positive change through projects like Operation Jumpstart and the KZN Growth Coalition, which encourage discussions and collaboration.
Andrzej believes in staying optimistic, using the idea that "the glass is half full" to inspire problem-solving. He is hopeful about South Africa’s future and stresses the importance of unity and smart strategies for growing the economy.
