The Minara Chamber Global Trade promotion were pleased to meet virtually with the Kenya High
Commissioner in the Republic of South Africa, Catherine Muigai Mwangi and a team from the mission.
Minara President, Solly Suleman welcomed Her Excellency and echoed the importance of having such an engagement to discuss programmes and initiatives that will grow and build the economy of Africa. In his remarks, Mr Suleman underscored that many investors looked abroad for opportunities
adding that Africa had a lot of potential and was a source of an array of quality products and raw materials.
In a rejoinder, High Commissioner, Muigai Mwangi said from South Africa emphasizing that Kenya was one of the few destinations in Africa that has been recognised for ease of doing business assuring that given its exceptional infrastructure, business investors would not face many hurdles in doing business in the country.
The High Commissioner further pinpointed that Kenya had a great variety of products and was therefore looking forward to taking the discussion to the next level with South African businesspersons through tangible actions that will promote trade between both countries. W: www.minara.org.za
